Pc crashing

hey i recently started back playing Wow. Since if started back ive done the most recent patch, but Wow isnt playing the way it should be on my computer.

When i go to play i have my graphics setting on the bare minimum because of this. but what happens is i might be out questing, in a city or in the middle of a dungeon and the sound starts sortve replying itself from the say 10secs prior to it happening. So i am just listening to the same music. and then the whole screen freezes except for the mouse cursor. The odd time it has crashed my computer, ive gotten a blue screen or it has just stayed like that until you force close the game. ( if i manage to get Ctrl+Alt+Delete to work when its frozen.

And was just wondering what the problem may be.

Bump

Hi,

Could be many things, from overheating, driver problem or a background program.

Can you tell us more information about your computer?

1 Click on the Start button or the Windows button, then select the Run option
2 Type dxdiag into the run box, then OK
3 The DirectX diagnostic tool should now load.
