Latency Issue with Virgin Media Customer

Hello Blizzard,

I jst had Virgin Media installing the Internet in my house and once I connected I have to learn that I am having a Latency of 1389 which gives me a huge delay in my casts.

I am having Virgin Media 30mb/s and am having huge problems. I saw people posting a ping report can you advise me how to do so and I will post it?
