- The hour and date when you experience the problems the most: Arbitrary.
- When did this problem start: A week ago, maybe.
- Realm played: Argent Dawn, EU.
- Internet Service Provider: Sky.
- How fast is your internet connection?: 12>14 meg
- The in game latency bar reading: 45 home, 46 world *right now*.
- Modem model:Brand is Sagemcom, Sky modem.
- Network card model if one is used: No idea.
- Firewall Software (if used: Avast!
- Do you share your connection?: No.
- Connection used, (USB, Ethernet or Wifi: Ethernet.
- Could you please try to create characters on Karazhan, Korgall and Spinebreaker to test if the latency persists on these realms?: Too sporadic.
- Your characters location on the realm (which zone you are in: Cities, sometimes, on Argent Dawn. Ironforge and Stormwind specifically.
- What exactly happens? (Make sure to describe this as well as you can: Basically, sometimes when in cities I get a horrendous lag spike that lasts for up to a minute. During this my world MS shoots way up, but my home ms does not.

Could really do with some advice related to this :

The traceroute isnt helpful as its aimed at msn.net so isnt traversing the same servers.

Please create another one, aimed at 192.12.244.165

Updated, though I just read on the SKY forums theyre rolling back a firmware update.

Thats fantastic! It cleared had issues, and I really have to give them credit for being willing to do so. Cheers for letting me know about this. :

Update 2: You can request the rollback early, if you go onto the sky broadband gaming forum and PM the.. I cant remember who. Its on Page 7 of the thread on this subject on the Sky Broadband Gaming forum.
